We advise you purchase tickets for Fuji Rock Festival from an official shop GAN-BAN as we offer some special deals!
1) NO HANDLING FEE!
Like other ticketing service where they apply “system usage fee” or “ticket issuing fee”, these fees will not be charged from us! Just pay for ticket price!
*There will be a bank transfer fee applied when using online sales.
2) A SPECIAL LIMITED BONUS!
"FUJI ROCK FESTIVAL’24×GAN-BAN HANDKERCHIEF"
Each entrance ticket comes with a special handkerchief which is only available at GAN-BAN on first come, first served basis! Hurry!!
3) A SPECIAL BONUS!
"DRINK DISCOUNT COUPON"
Each entrance ticket comes with a drink discount coupon worth 500yen.
The coupon can be used at GAN-BAN BAR in the festival venue.
4) WRISTBAND IN ADVANCE!
Shipping of tickets (wristbands) and parking tickets is planned for the beginning of July.
You do not need to exchange from ticket to wristband at the festival site!
When tickets are purchased online, shipping fee within Japan is charged ¥770.

Once you have decided which tickets to purchase please proceed by choosing from the categories.
■Payment
Once your order is completed, we will send you the bank transfer details, please complete the bank transfer within 5 business days. Once the transfer is confirmed, we will send you a receipt as proof of purchase.
■Ticket pick-up
Shipping of tickets (wristbands) and parking tickets is planned for the beginning of July.
■Ticket notes
Festival Entry Tickets
・1 ticket valid for entry of 1 person.
・Children age 15 or below may enter free of charge if accompanied by an adult.
Valid for children under the age of 15 as of July 28th, 2024. Photo ID required.
Campsite Tickets
・Campsite tickets are valid for 1 person for the duration of the festival.
12：00PM Thursday July 25th ～ 12：00PM Monday July 29th
・Children age 15 or below may enter free of charge if accompanied by an adult.
Valid for children under the age of 15 as of July 28th, 2024. Photo ID required.
Parking Tickets
・Purchase of only parking tickets not available. Must be purchased with 2 or more festival entry tickets.
・When travelling in 1 vehicle with 3 or more people, please purchase tickets for more than two people seperately.
■Online application notes
・When purchasing tickets, please write the full name of the person attending the festival (or the representative if there are two or more festival tickets.). Tickets cannot be purchased using nicknames.
・The maximum number of tickets you can purchase at once is 4 (four) online sales. If you wish to buy more than 4 tickets, another order has to be made.
・We do not accept any changes to the ticket type, the ticket date, number of tickets, or upgrades after the application is completed.
・Each ticket type will be limited to the available number of tickets. Even within the sales period, sales will end as soon as the planned number of tickets is reached.
・Moon Caravan Tickets are not available for purchase.
・Please note that changes or cancellations cannot be made after application of purchase.
・Be sure to purchase your ticket at an authorized ticket outlet.
・Tickets purchased via unauthorized ticket outlets will be deemed invalid and the festival will not be responsible for any trouble arising from the purchase of such tickets nor will such tickets be refunded by the festival under any circumstances.
・Tickets will be exchanged with wrist bands at the Festival site. You cannot enter the site with only a ticket.
(Those who receive wristbands in advance may directly enter the festival.)
・Tickets and wristbands will not be reissued under any circumstances.
・Those who remove or lose their wristband while in the festival will be asked to exit the festival or repurchase a ticket.
・Shipping of tickets (wristbands) and parking tickets is planned for the beginning of July.
・Ticket sales will finish once tickets are sold out. This applies to all ticket types.
